Renovation of a first-floor apartment in Manacor focused on opening up the home and enhancing natural light. The intervention unifies the kitchen and dining area, strengthening the connection with the living room and creating a continuous, more spacious and significantly brighter space.

In the night area, the rooms adjacent to the main bedroom are reorganised to create a functional and fluid sequence—bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room—bringing order and comfort to the whole.

The materiality reinforces the warm character of the space, with wide pine plank flooring with knots that adds texture and authenticity, supporting a serene and domestic atmosphere.
