CASA TT

House JT, located on rural land in Porreres, is composed of horizontal volumes that integrate naturally into the landscape. The combination of rendered walls with selected volumes built in marés stone reinforces the link with traditional architecture, reinterpreted through a contemporary language. The access and outdoor spaces—with pergolas, vegetation, and gentle pathways—create a gradual and welcoming arrival.

The rear façade opens onto a large outdoor platform where the pool, lounging areas, and open-air dining become the centre of everyday life. Large openings and porches allow for a direct relationship between interior and exterior, creating a fluid and natural continuity with the surroundings.

Inside, the spaces are generous and interconnected, with a day area centred around the kitchen and dining space beneath ceilings with exposed wooden beams. Natural materials and neutral tones create a warm and serene atmosphere.
