UNIÓ STREET APARTMENT 4th

Located on the fourth floor of Calle Unión in Palma, this full renovation and interior design project redefines a former office space as a contemporary dwelling with a more intimate character, where darker tones, materiality, and carefully considered lighting shape a sophisticated atmosphere in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.

The proposal moves away from the neutrality of the previous use to create a space with greater depth and identity, where each decision reinforces a sense of intimacy and comfort.

The project explores a more intense palette, with the presence of darker-toned woods, dense textiles, and finishes that introduce contrast, creating a richer and more nuanced spatial reading. This approach allows each area to develop a stronger identity without compromising the overall coherence of the whole.

The intervention maintains a clear contemporary intent, focusing on the balance between functionality and expressiveness, while establishing a subtle dialogue with the urban context of central Palma.
