UNIÓ STREET APARTAMENT 1st

Located on the first floor of Calle Unión in Palma, this renovation and interior design project transforms a former office space into a serene dwelling, where light, natural materials, soft tones, and warmth define a new way of living in the urban centre of Palma de Mallorca.

The intervention is based on a clear idea: to move away from the functional and impersonal character of the previous use and create a welcoming domestic environment, where each element contributes to a calm and balanced atmosphere.

The project pays special attention to the relationship between space, light, and materiality, with a contemporary approach that respects the existing urban context.

This project is a collaboration with designer Katja Nuschen.
