Custom multifunctional furniture

This multifunctional furniture design project, located in a rural property in Son Servera, Mallorca, stems from the intention to provide the space with different uses over time through bespoke pieces capable of transforming according to changing needs. The furniture is conceived as an adaptable system that, at certain times of the year, functions as a bed, while the rest of the time it is configured as two sofas intended for reading or conversation.

The proposal embraces a restrained and neutral aesthetic, designed to coexist with the existing antique furniture and integrate naturally with the architecture of the house. The result is a versatile and coherent solution that expands the space’s range of uses while maintaining a balance between functionality, materiality, and atmosphere.
