CAN JULIÀ BUILDING

Residential building conceived as a large three-storey volume, crowned by two rooftop terraces, which integrates into the steep slope of the plot through a system of stepped terraces finished in dry stone.

The architecture, finished in a raw-toned render, engages in dialogue with the surrounding urban landscape through clean volumes and large cantilevered terraces. The terrace ceilings, made of iroko wood, add warmth. The communal area is organised around a large infinity pool, accompanied by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

The interiors embrace an honest and timeless materiality, with aged and bush-hammered beige stone flooring. The furniture combines different types of wood to create warm and serene environments. The kitchens, organised around an island and executed in cherry wood, become central elements.

My involvement includes the development of the renders, collaboration in the design of the outdoor spaces, and the definition of the interior design for two housing typologies.
